Our rental changeover service includes:

• Checking your property for damage and missing items (per your list) and reporting how you would like us to (to your realtor agent, or to you directly), including photos, if applicable.
• Dusting and vacuuming living rooms, dining rooms, halls and bedrooms.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures and floor, and cleaning bathroom mirrors.
• Cleaning kitchen counters and floor, stove top, sink, refrigerator shelves (emptying refrigerator if you want us to) and cleaning fronts of dishwasher, stove and refrigerator.
